Nautilus
Situation
The Canal Zone is a strategic element in the development of the Brussels-Capital Region. The Nautilus project has tapped into this desire to re-dynamise and renew the neighbourhood. On top of this, its location along the water enhances the unique ambience in the buildings. Come and see for yourself at 41, Boulevard Industriel in Anderlecht.
Nautilus
Architecture
Nautilus was designed by the Axent architecture firm. The project consists of 4 buildings, which are arranged around a vast green esplanade, ensuring a harmonious combination of housing and shops.
This project, which has 197 apartments, stands out because of its simple, light and contemporary architecture. The tower block, which is 65 metres tall, boasts superb views of the canal and Brussels.
Nautilus
