Architecture
Nautilus was designed by the Axent architecture firm. The project consists of 4 buildings, which are arranged around a vast green esplanade, ensuring a harmonious combination of housing and shops.
This project, which has 197 apartments, stands out because of its simple, light and contemporary architecture. The tower block, which is 65 metres tall, boasts superb views of the canal and Brussels.

Nautilus has a nice mix of units, including studios and 3-bedroom family apartments. The simple and functional interior design was executed with high-quality materials.
