Our urban development projects are ambitious and innovative, with assets in three segments: Residential, Office and Retail. The Group's strategy adopted by our CEOs: Nicolas Orts & Gaétan Clermont, is to make opportunistic investments, acquiring and converting obsolete buildings. Our mission is to create added value and enhance urban areas.
For over 10 years, we have succeeded in seamlessly integrating our contemporary architecture - combined with our passion for art - in cities. The desire to enhance the urban landscape is in our DNA.

Since 2019, Eaglestone has been a certified carbon neutral for all of its corporate activities. In addition, each new development is subject to an indepth assessment of its carbon footprint, and actions are systematically taken to minimize emissions. Wherever possible, we also offset
residual emissions.In 2022, all subsidiaries of Eaglestone have chosen together six United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (“UN SDGs”) to which every development project should significantly contribute. Besides, the Group decided to define and implement an ESG strategy, with its strategic axes and KPI’s.

Our passion for art
At Eaglestone, we incorporate art in everything we design. Our ambition is to share this passion with the largest possible audience through our projects. We play an active role in urban development and the embellishment of cities and towns and attempt to leave our mark on them.
Art and architecture are both close and independent practices. Both have their place in a given space. Designing with integration and respect, but also considering the sensibility of those who will live, work and use the space.

Architectural design, optimum management of thermal losses, the use of natural elements such as power sources and heat generation are all factors that enable us to ensure that our tenants are always comfortable, while limiting energy consumption to meet the most stringent environmental criteria.

Our Executive Committee guarantees that all the proposals are always in line with the Eaglestone Group’s strategy. It approves real estate projects and ensures that the objectives are achieved, by insisting that the projects are implemented without compromises. The executives are fully dedicated to promoting the housing of the future.
