Eaglestone Belgium: Michaël Detrilles to succeed Sophie Lambrighs as CEO
Eaglestone announces a change in its management in Belgium. After nearly eight years as COO and then CEO, Sophie Lambrighs has made the personal choice to step down on 15 October 2026. Michaël Detrilles will succeed her on 1 January 2027.
Nearly eight years supporting Eaglestone's growth
Sophie Lambrighs accompanied Eaglestone throughout a period of strong growth, marked by the group's expansion into Luxembourg and France. She contributed to projects Eaglestone is proud of, including K-Nopy, The W, Twin Falls and WoW. She structured the internal organisation, grew the teams and launched the company's ESG approach, illustrated by the BREEAM Outstanding certification achieved by K-Nopy. She carried the group's culture and values with conviction.
Michaël Detrilles, new CEO from 1 January 2027
Michaël Detrilles began his career at PwC Belgium before moving into real estate development, notably as Business Development Director at ION, then at CORES Development. At CORES, he is responsible for the developer's projects in Brussels, Wallonia and Luxembourg, as well as for sourcing new projects. He brings to Eaglestone Belgium an in-depth knowledge of the real estate development business.
During the transition period, Nicolas Orts and Gaëtan Clermont, co-CEOs of Eaglestone Group, will directly oversee operational activities in Belgium.
