Eaglestone strengthens its capital by €32.7 million and launches Landstone

30/09/2026  |  Press release

Eaglestone is carrying out a EUR 32.7 million capital increase, fully subscribed by its four shareholders. At the same time, the Group is launching Landstone, a land-carrying vehicle with EUR 15 million of third-party equity. Together, these two operations will fund new residential acquisitions in Belgium, France and Luxembourg, where Eaglestone is already developing more than 7,000 homes. In the first half of 2026, the Group posted a net profit of EUR 5.3 million.

Key figures

  • €32.7M – Capital increase
  • €15M – Landstone equity
  • €5.3M – H1 2026 net profit
  • 7,000 – Homes under development

A capital increase subscribed by all four shareholders

Eaglestone's four shareholders — Compagnie du Bois Sauvage, Gaétan Clermont, Nicolas Orts and Treborasset — are subscribing to the full EUR 32.7 million capital increase. The funds will finance new acquisitions in line with the Group's LIVING strategy: housing, student residences and hotels.

Landstone, a vehicle dedicated to land carrying

Alongside this, Eaglestone is setting up Landstone, a vehicle dedicated to carrying land for residential projects, financed by third-party investors with EUR 15 million of equity. Landstone will hold certain plots and projects during their urban-planning and permitting phase, before their development by Eaglestone. Combined with the capital increase, this structure allows the Group to move faster on the acquisition opportunities identified in its priority markets.

“The trust of our shareholders, and our own personal and financial commitment to this capital increase, reflect how strongly we believe in the Group's strategy. In a difficult market, Eaglestone generates more than EUR 300 million in revenue a year.”

— Gaétan Clermont and Nicolas Orts, co-CEOs of Eaglestone

A profitable first half of 2026

Eaglestone posted a net profit of EUR 5.3 million in the first half of 2026. The Group thus confirms the return to profit announced last June, meets all of its financial obligations and continues to reduce its corporate debt, which has already been halved over the past three years.

A portfolio of 69 projects, 90% residential

Eaglestone is currently developing 69 projects in Belgium, France and Luxembourg, totalling around 600,000 sqm. These projects are 90% residential: large housing schemes, student residences and hotels, in Brussels, Luxembourg and mainly in the Paris, Lyon and Bordeaux regions.
