Eaglestone Belgium has sold the residential part of the 'K-Nopy' project, a 9,400 m² building acquired in 2020 and located in the European quarter .

Following the May 2022 sale of the office part to the Netherlands government, the residential part of the project, named 'K-Nopy House,' including 14 apartments, 8 parking spaces, and 22 bicycle slots, has now been sold to a private investor.

The entire building underwent a significant renovation, including the replacement of technical installations and the installation of rooftop solar panels, achieving an EPB B score.
