Eaglestone Belgium and Foresite conclude an agreement for the acquisition of two iconic buildings in Brussels and launch an architecture competition.
Eaglestone Belgium, in partnership with Foresite, has reached an agreement with an institutional investor for the future acquisition of the Waterloo 115 and Evers 2 buildings. This agreement marks the start of an ambitious urban regeneration project, combining heritage and innovation to reinvent two emblematic sites in the Belgian capital.
The buildings, currently leased to the Régie des Bâtiments and occupied by the Federal Public Service Justice, will be vacated at the end of December 2026, opening the way for their transformation. To this end, and in collaboration with the BMA (Bouwmeester Maître Architecte), an architectural competition has been launched for each of the sites, inviting architects to propose innovative concepts that incorporate a mix of uses and an openness to the surrounding neighbourhoods.
