We are looking for an Asset & Transaction Manager to strengthen our team in Brussels.

This dynamic is part of the Eaglestone Group, active in Belgium, Luxembourg, and France.
YOUR MISSIONS
As an Asset & Transaction Manager, you will define and implement the value creation strategy for the assets, while monitoring their financial and operational performance. You will coordinate property managers, service providers, and external advisors, manage tenant relations, and oversee disposals to identify new opportunities for value creation.
On the transactions side, you will manage the full acquisition and disposal process: due diligence, data room, coordination of external advisors, as well as negotiating and structuring financing with banks, investors, and partners.
Finally, you will contribute to defining the overall portfolio strategy and conduct active monitoring of real estate and financial market trends in order to anticipate developments.
YOUR PROFILE
With 3 to 7 years of experience in asset management, investment, or transaction services, you have strong expertise in financial analysis, Excel modelling, and real estate valuation. You know the market and its stakeholders in depth, and you bring excellent negotiation and project management skills. Analytical, rigorous, and autonomous, you are a reliable, results-driven professional.
A good command of French, Dutch, and English is required.
