ION Residential Platform (IRP) has acquired 100% of the shares in The Right Twin, the company that owns part of the Twin Falls mixed-use development in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, from developer Eaglestone. The project will offer a mix of traditional rental flats and coliving spaces.

IRP, a joint venture between ION, Bouwinvest and CBRE IM, has provided early financing for Block B of the Twin Falls project, while Eaglestone Belgium will be responsible for redevelopment until the project's completion in July 2025.

The prime location and multimodal accessibility combined with the quality of the development and compliance with sustainability criteria make Twin Falls one of the most attractive addresses for living and investing in Brussels. The project involves repositioning the former Twin House office building, while retaining most of the structure of the existing building.

Designed by architects B2AI, the building will offer 54 high-quality flats and a coliving programme operated by Colonies, the French coliving specialist.
