Eaglestone Belgium launches the commercialization of "Twin Falls," a real estate redevelopment project in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert.

Acquired at the end of 2020, this former 16,000 m² office complex will be transformed into a contemporary urban project. Ideally located in a sought-after neighborhood in Brussels, Twin Falls offers a peaceful setting surrounded by parks, while being close to local amenities.

Designed by the B2AI architectural firm, the project stands out with its bold architecture, cascading terraces, and communal outdoor space. Construction began in September 2023, with delivery expected by the end of 2025.
