"Twin Falls" previously known as "Twin House" is one of Eaglestone's new projects to convert obsolete office buildings into a contemporary urban mixed use development. The project will give a radically new identity to the existing building, while retaining 75% of the supporting structure. This choice of conversion, which limits the environmental impact, is in line with Eaglestone's objective to develop all its projects in a carbon neutral way.
Located in one of the most sought-after municipalities in the Brussels-Capital Region, on the Brussels green ring, and more precisely in Rue Neerveld 105/107, Twin Falls has many assets. In the heart of a mixed-use environment and surrounded by parks, it benefits from peaceful and green surroundings combining all the amenities such as the Woluwe Shopping Centre, the Wolubilis cultural centre and the Saint Luc University Clinics. Easily accessible by public transport, it is close to the main roads and Zaventem airport.
The design of the future project will offer quality housing, including 131 flats and a coliving residence, and will integrate office space and some equipment, all around a square and in a green setting. All aspects of sustainable development, such as soft mobility within the site, the creation of green spaces to encourage biodiversity, and reinforced insulation of the buildings, will be studied in order to achieve a building of high environmental quality.
