Nautilus is a mixed urban building complex on Digue du Canal in Anderlecht. This vast neighbourhood is currently being redeveloped, and our project has become a seamless part of this.
You enjoy all the advantages of green surroundings, while having access to the amenities of the nearby city of Brussels.
The Canal Zone is a strategic element in the development of the Brussels-Capital Region. The Nautilus project has tapped into this desire to re-dynamise and renew the neighbourhood. On top of this, its location along the water enhances the unique ambience in the buildings. Come and see for yourself at 41, Boulevard Industriel in Anderlecht.
Nautilus was designed by the Axent architecture firm. The project consists of 4 buildings, which are arranged around a vast green esplanade, ensuring a harmonious combination of housing and shops.
This project, which has 197 apartments, stands out because of its simple, light and contemporary architecture. The tower block, which is 65 metres tall, boasts superb views of the canal and Brussels.
Nautilus has a nice mix of units, including studios and 3-bedroom family apartments. The simple and functional interior design was executed with high-quality materials. The kitchen is the logical extension of the living area, while the bathroom is geared towards the occupants’ comfort. All the units have a nice terrace.
